Dear friends, I have a lancia dedra 1990 model with a 1.6ie engine. The problem is that it is extremly very very difficult to start in cold weather (winter season). Most of the time, it has run down my battery and have to always recharge it for a night ..but does not solve the problem. The battery is in very good order. Recently I decided to be putting petrol directly to the carburator and it seems to work very very well. It starts now easily. I would like to know what the problem is. Please kindly help me out.

Check or replace your temperature sensor
