Torques for several parts Lancia 1.6 i.e '95

Hello together,

I have to change the sealing of the camshaft and don't know the torque of the camshaft wheel. I have tochange to the wheelmounting and I too dont know the torque of the two screws to the suspension and the one to the suspension strut.
Can anybody help me?
