Dear friend
The Dedra 1.6 1990 is normally working all the time at this temperature as far as i know. But you have to go and check the valve of the cooling system if it stays all the time at the close position. In that case the water of the cooling system is not sirculating(moving) in it. Check that and why not change that valve in advance because the harm that it will do in the engine will be much more expensive than the changing of that valve. But 90 degrees is the normal temperature it is not overheating. My car that "lives" in a hot enviroment (Greece) goes to 90 degrees much faster without any problem the last 12 years! (same car same year of making).
Have nice rides!

Thank you very much for your advice mr. Antonio. I shall endeavour to go ´check out the valves as you adviced. I do hope all will be ok after this. Once again, thanks for your help.

Thank you to all who contributed to my overheating problem. I changed the thermo-switch, water pump and the thermostat and everything seems to be working fine. The fan is working very fine now and I am happy. Thank you to everyone. Long live the lancia club!!!!!!
