brake troubles

hi

I own a 1990 dedra turbodiesel. Sometimes, the brakes begin to brake from their own. When you are driving, you feel that the car slows down, and you have to push the accelerator deeper to go forward :-) . And this becomes worse and worse, until the brakes are completely shut, and the car won't move at all. At this point the brake pedal is very very hard. Then, when i wait for about 15 minutes, the brakes come loose again and i can continue cruising :-).

Han anyone experience with this or does anyone know what i should do????
Please help me because this is very annoying :-)

greetings and thanx

Don.
Try substituting the master cylinder for another one as it sounds like the piston is not returning all the way in the bore and it is partially blocking the ports but when you leave it for a while it gradually returns too the correct position. also check the brake filler cap and check vent hole is clear
.

Good Luck
