Hello Tom,
It's been a while since you posted this question, but in the meantime I've been able to source Flaminia GT material through Elvezio in Italy, who were most helpful (www.elvezio.com, contact Donatella Esposito). The material is EUR 25/m, which is a lot better than the US$125-150/m i was quoted. I hope that helps, good luck with your car.
