It's been a while since you posted this question, but in the meantime I've been able to source Flaminia GT material through Elvezio in Italy, who were most helpful (
www.elvezio.com, contact Donatella Esposito). The material is EUR 25/m, which is a lot better than the US$125-150/m i was quoted. I hope that helps, good luck with your car.
