Rear springs dimensions?

Hi everyone,
does anyone please know the dimensions of rear new springs? I mean the height, width and the wire thickness. I know I can measure them if dismounted from a car but I want to know the height of the new springs and used are lower.
I know that there are alternatives:
- K+F 87600200
- Bilstein 36-225378
but the dimensions are nowhere.

Helllo.
Have a Thesis 2.0 T, have been very happy with the car except the rear suspension. One spring has broken once so I bought two new ones. I found the car too soft in the rear suspension, especially when people is sitting in the rear seat and a little luggage. Feels like the car bottoms in small dumps! Having measured the old spring 390 mm. Advise you to buy Bilstein springs have checked the height is 399 +/- 10mm and they are very much cheaper than the original!
Best regards from Norway
Ulf

Many thanks for the info, I want to find some alternative for different car which has the same diameter and thickness but are a bit longer than new one because of the LPG tank. The other values can be measured also from my old one, so many thanks :-)
I just wondered what do you mean by those +-10mm, that's quite a lot.
