8V integrale fly wheel lightening

Hi

Can anyone advise me on how much weight i can take off an 8v integrale flywheel.
Alsowhere I can get it balance?

I have also read that you need to get the crank balanced at the same time??

Is this the case??

Take up to 20% of it's original weight off. You don't necessarily need to balance the crank at the same time (think about it, what if teeth on your flywheel went off and you had to put another one - does that mean that you have to take apart the whole engine just to balance crank with "new" flywheel? I guess not.)

But it IS wise to balance crank, flywheel and clutch plate at the same time if you are rebuilding engine and raising it's hp.
