delta 1.6 HF turbo Bleedvalve/dumpvalve

Hello can some one help me installing a dumpvalve and a turbo booster (bleedvalve) on a delta from 1985 1.6 HF turbo not a injection. I dont know how to do this and where to fit. I am from holland and there is no one who can help me here. So if there is one who can tell me how to do this i am verry pleased
