16v porting

Hello

Can anyone give some advice on modifying the Lancia 16v head?
For example, port and valve seat modifications and so on...
The head is going to be used in turbocharged engine.

I have heard that there were big and small port versions of the
heads. How can I identify my one? It is from '90 Thema 16v ie.
