Delta HF Turbo ie and other fuel injected Deltas and Prismas

Hi,
My HF Turbo IE is suffering severe misfire, just as my previuos Delta and Prisma did. I get an occasional violent jerk when the engine is cold - usually at a small throttle opening. It is not the kind of stalling effect that is caused by the idle stabiliser solendoid (which has been cleaned out). This symptom plagues me as it develops and as yet I have not found a cure - previous cars have ended their lives before a fix could be found. Have replaced the throttle position sensor and the water temperature sensor. On previous cars I ended up replacing all of the sensors but still had the problem. Replacing the tempearature sensor seems to have helped but the jerkiness is still present. Seems to be either temeperature or throttle position related although it happens under light loading so the vacuum sensor may be a problem.
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME SYMPTOM - VIOLENT JERKS WHEN COLD.
