Integrale EVO 8V or 16V

I'm thinking of buying an EVO, but I can't find any good 16V for a good prise with a low milage. Is it a big step down to go for an 8V?
It all depends on which particular model you mean.
The engines are very similar, the 8v is just as quick but if you are thinking of tuning it then the 16v has more potential.
