I got now a 1994 Delta 2.0 16V Turbo E2(for 3 weeks) which I am really happy with except! for my (turbo Problrm) I just had the car 80 dkm serviced, I thought the car was to slow and a Lancia dealer also found the maim turbo pipe to be cracked so a new hose on and preasure went up from 0.6 to 0.9 great but when I get around the 4000 revs the car stall/pops/dies and then it goes again after slight release of throttle this happens almost every time, and when I totally floors the speeder the problem icreases heavely. It seems like the faster it builds preasure the worse the problem, anyway Lancia dealer spend 7 HOURS on this (was NOT cheap) and said it was 99 % certain the turbo, and that this looked like it was staged. I was pissed that I had to pay all those hours. And now I still have a car that runs for @!#$ in high rews.
Can anybody tell me with some certainty that this is the Turbo or could it be something else?
Any input will be appreciated

en plaats je vraag daar nog een keertje in het Nederlands.
Base (=Bas) kan je vraag zeker weten beantwoorden!
Welke dealer was dat? Geen beste reclame voor zijn werkplaats!!
Heeft ie je auto aan de diagnosekast gehad?
Alle sensoren zijn oke en je EPROM is nog origineel?
Vragen, vragen, vragen........ik zie je daar dan wel weer.

I had the same Problem. But the solution was a new Chip for my car !! The Originalchip speeds up the engine when you drive with "overboost" (Knocking sensor and Mapsensor !!!)

Sorry for my Englisch

If the engine gives a noise (by 4000 rpm) the same like 3 cilinders I think you can have too things : one is the ignition Cool is not working corectly or it is broken inside and gives problems with high turbo pressure: second is the camshakft (albero distribuzione) one of the noks are going.

If the noise of the engine is the same (4 cilinders) and there isn'nt suddenly any turbo pressure any more?????, and it is directly back after moving the trottle than i think I now the solution!!!!! Its a hard one, I had it ones
