Intake Manifold question.

Whats the difference between a Scorpion/Montecarlo intake manifold and the other 1.8/2.0 fiat/lancia intake manifolds? I have a Dual DCNF manifold that is intended for a Fiat Spider. Will it work on my Scorpion?

The Fiat Spider has the engine sitting straight, where in the Scorp/Monte/Other Betas the engine is placed at an angle; your manifold has to be adapted for that. If you would use the Fiat manifold, the carbs will end up in a stange position, not horizontal as they supposed to be.
Since the Montecarlo engine is tilted at the same angle as FWD Betas, a manifold intended for a FWD Beta is more useful to you.
