After a break depent on some other requested work in our home by my wife i
go forward step by step with the project.

Have to clean the front alu skin to be able to repair later the destroyed sections.

After cleaning the front maske i have checked if it fit depent on the new steel sheet´s on at the front.

My son welded partial the alu sheet´s on the side of the fender. ( not so easy >:D< )

For some weeks U was sure you had put this labor-a-luv on a back-burner for 2011

as always, maybe I',m amazed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Yes, it was possible to speed up a little bit.

Enclose the check of the doors inside the body before build up the doorskin.
Will try to make new one´s :S
Some adjustments were necessary.( with a big hammer ) and add. the tube to give the door a bit more stiffness
Before it was like a sheet of paper

but i believe it look´s good and fit ( more or less )
