I bought these in UK newly manufactured by Michelin (and no Huib they dont look like a flat tyre from front and I only use remended tyre pressures....) There are 2 distributors in UK Longstone and I forget the other. Most Tyre shops cant get them. I bought mine through Omicron and collected them and had them fitted by my tyre shop. The tyres have 2 rayon and 2 steel plies and rayon side walls.

145/80R14 tyres

Now running Bridgstone (made in japan) B381 145 R14 tyres on both my Audi A2 1.2 TDI (3l/100km or 95mpg wunder car) and on my S1 Fulvia for road use. For track work I have R13 6J rims and 185/60R13s and 185/70R13s available.

They are superb on the Fulvia and certainly improve mpg due low rolling resistance. Steering feel is excellent.

In Europe they are available through most tyre firms and I have no doubt they could be imported into the USA and are also available on ebay.

At 35 GBP a piece they are not expensive.
