Hi. Sorry for being late with this answer.
I used a Tech-Edge wide band sensor (Bosch sensor with low-budget converter). You can read AFR on a volt meter or on a fancy afr meter, see Tech-Edge web site.
I used a volt meter first, until I came across an emerald engine management computer on ebay. Bargain! So then the iniezione conversion project started...
Very satisfying, though. Engine runs great and you can tune while driving on the road. The emerald can also log data (during acceleration runs, for instance), so that you can analyze and adjust afterwards. Very handy. I have two maps: fast and economy.
Next improvement is to also record exhaust gas temperature, which you can use for fine tuning.
