Nope not my car, but the color is right. Note, there are no headrests as in my S3, and mine also has black plastic grill and headlight surrounds.
Looks like the same car in both pics, based on the license plates front and back, but appears they were taken at different times. Mine has the stock steel 4.5 inch wheels shown at the bottom. The top pic shows it wearing the 5.5 inch cromodoras off the Flavia 2000HF. These are narrower versions of the 6 inch cromodoras Lancia made available on the 1.6 HFs.

The 5.5 inch Cromodoras were not offered for the 1600HF. Those were fitted to the 2000HF.
They are an excellent choice for 1300s as the suspension geometry was the same on the 2000s and 1300s. The 1600HF of course had negative camber and a different KPI
