black (nero 122) was a factory color for every Fulvia variant, except Series 1 HFs (of all displacements) ; it looks great on the coupes.

Originally,
I thought about going back to the original black, but my body/paint man charged 20-25% more to do black.
The Biege Mirabello, though a series 2 color was an interesting contrast to the maroon interior.
The car has a very Armani look in the Biege Mirabello
Color.......... very important to the car and very personal to the owner.
Great discussion.
Good luck iain on the paint project!

There are a few reference sources for colors for Fulvias, Flavias, and older Lancias on the blog at www.lanciainfo.com

You have to dig a bit in the blog, under a couple of the listings like "what are the colors?".

Saratoga white is great for fulvias but it must be that pure white look not a bit of cream in it!

And black is classic lingerie .....

Suprising as this is what my HF is but HE must be a cross dresser as we call HIM Wilber (dont know why ask the wife) - email me if you want a photo!

well to be honest my dark secret is that i have a natural urge to think of 'he' rather than 'she' and ive always got to make the effort to use the right lingo to avoid terrible social gaffes and being ostracised by the car community who are of course my only friends in the world
my kids automatically decided he was a boy too and have tried to name him but nothing has stuck
they want yaya becuse there was a ya in the dutch license plate

check www.oldtimergala.de for some lovely Fulvia photos. 2006 Lancia 100 Anniversary Party brought many Lancia from all over Europe to this fine Event. + many fantastic photos of lesser Lancia Models (are not "all other" Lancia Models lesser Lancia ?); as well as many other lesser vehicles (are not 'all other' Automobiles lesser vehicles than Lancia? ). I'll admit, the row where I parked my 'other Lancia' , along side 'other' many many Lancia was a mouth-watering & breath taking sight. Most of the Lancia parked here are, to be '100% honest' far out of reach (financially) of this Fulvia Driver. Many nice photos; many nice cars, lots of fine people. best of all, it was 2km from my warehouse, which made transporting to & from very EZ. Which 1's are mine ? Only the Shadow knows !!!
