unfortunately the sensor for the speedometer backlight is together with the sensors for the headlight and the windscreen wiper assembled in the same unit. See attached picture.

would be perfect if the headlights would switch on when I open the doors with the remote control (welcome light). As far as I know only the follow home lights are a standard feature.

I will reprogram the lights as mentioned previously, but the welcome lights will be possible only after installing the daylights, you should realize that it will be extremely olding the xenon bulb as each startup means 10min of their life.

I'm extremely sorry, but I have to confess that all my afford and invested time was wasted. After a lot of preparations, buying stuff, programming and testing, I'm stucked. The problem is that thesis is too clever to force them do anything else he's used to. You can't connect anything else to the canbus (except original equipment), because he find's it out and the body computer starts saying that there's an error on the canbus. So you are forced to disconnect it. Summed up, we can't program another controller and control the canbus communication directly
