In the manual there's the other side of that cable, take the multimeter to test the pins and you should see that the photo is correct.

Sadly that can't be true. The red cable should be connected to number 4. In the picture it's connected to number 1 or 6 (on the corner, number 4 is somewhere in the middle).

So I've finally found the paper from my testing I've done some time ago. Tried to sum it up in excel as the paper is like written by a kid

Thanks for the effort. So the manual is wrong there?

No It's not wrong. In the excel look at the side of connect, this connector is also mentioned in the manual and it suits. Or maybe we have different manuals

, I'm talking about the original italian service manual (2nd pdf of 4).

On this page there are only some photos of the instruments lcd. Really don't see there anything usable. Look at the scheme elettrici (part 2), there's connect scheme 4091 page 287. There's a describtion of the connection, can also check it as the connector M120A at the bottom of the document.
Why are you looking at the instrument panel?

We have a different manual then. Mine is in Italian though! I show you my two pages in which the rear connections of the connect are explained. Please take a look atthe numbers and functions of plug B.

You've written 5560 and it's 5580 that's why I haven't found it

I've used the more detailed scheme in part 2, but it doesn't matter because the pinout info is the same and I really don't know why you say it's different. I can see it's all correct and corresponds also with the manual. Please have a look again to my excel file to the first table connect side and you see it's exactly the same pinout as in manual.
