E 'un peccato la risposta che hanno dato a Maurizio da SAVI.
Bene, noi abbiamo 2 opzioni, parlare con Bercu e il produttore cinese.
Ho appena inviato una mail a Bercu, e probabilmente questo fine settimana, ti manderò un produttore cinese.
Un cinese, posso dire che non sono l'unico che vuole ffpc, ma ci sono molti (spagnolo e italiano) che vogliono la ffpc.
Potremmo fare un elenco di tali necessità ffpc tra tutti, e, quindi, il prezzo può essere più basso, cosa ne pensi?
Ho bisogno di almeno 4 o 5 kit di ffpc (per me ei miei amici, e hanno di ricambio)

Il 1.12.2011 ho spedito il secondo quadro (quello di riserva) a Bercu in Belgio.
Loro non cambiano gli fpc, ma rigenerano anche quelli originali con un apposito macchinario.
Per il discorso produttore cinese, dipende da quanto fa pagare un kit di due fpc.
Se non costano troppo potrei prendere 2 kit.
Comunque tieni presente che gli fpc vanno installati a caldo, in modo perfetto (sono anche molto delicati). Sicuramente questo lavoro dovrà essere fatto da una ditta specializzata (in Spagna c'è Menigar, qui in Italia Giovanni Accinni, ecc.).
Fammi sapere la risposta da Bercu e la risposta del produttore cinese.

In date 1.12.2011 i shipped my 2nd digital dashboard (that I have as spare) to Bercu in Belgium.
They do not change the fpc, but repairing the original through a special machine.
About the chinese manufacturer, depends on how much cost 1 kit (two fpc cables).
If they do not cost too much I could buy two kits.
Remember, that the FPC must be installed properly, with hot air, and they are fragile.
Surely, this work must be done by a specialist (in Spain there Ménigar; in Italy Giovanni Accinni, etc..).
Anyway let me know the reply from Bercu, and cinese manufacturer.

I have had news from Bercu, they are faster and seem serious.
May be i'll send my spare dashboard to repair.
Anyway, i am going to wait the answer from China manufacturer (yesterday i wrote an email).
I'll keep you informed.
Today i have bought a "cambio di velocita" in one scrap shop, i want to change the 5º velocita ingranaggio, the original is some short for me, and i want run more and spend less bencina.

Ciao Maurizio i tuti.
Bercu has reply me, is a good option, but i want to make something before.
The China manufacturer does not answer me, don't mind, i have found 3 more.
But, i am going try to make the ffpc cables by myself.
I has bought a piece of "Piralux" in ebay, is a film of polyamide covered with a layer of cooper, i have disambled my reserve dashboard, and i have the ffpc cables in my hand, then i am going to measure the ffpc, and make it with autocad, after it, i'll print the Pyralux with this drawing, then i'll dip in a solution of Cloruro ferric, and the circuit will appear on the Pyralux.
When i was young, i did something similar to make a cheap amplifier for my old phonograph.
The problem will be to fix the ffpc cables to the lcd and board, now is fixed with a anisotropic glue, with hot and preassure, when i'll arrive to this moment, i'll think the solution.
I'll keep you informed.

I contacted Bercu about my dashboard and them are waiting the fpc part (the original is very damaged).
Your idea to make the fpc cables by yourself is nice.

Il problema del quadro opto della Dedra è sempre lo stesso.
Sto ancora aspettando una risposta da Bercu, per vedere se hanno risolto il problema sul modulo Check del mio quadro.
Ho anche proposto loro di verificare la possibilità di installare un nuovo display (opportunamente programmato) tipo "densitron" o similari...vedremo cosa ne uscirà!

Per chi fosse ancora all'oscuro di cosa si guasta nel modulo check control, posto una foto del solo display lcd a matrice di punti con i relativi due flat cables (fpc).
Questi ultimi due componenti sono infatti i responsabili del noioso difetto (messaggi illeggibili, ecc, ecc).
Date un'occhiata alle piste di questi fpc....

I have been busy restoring my Dedra,
Mauricio, you say that Bercu are waiting a new fpc for your dashboard, where they buy it?
Your idea about a new display (Densitron) is very good, keep me informed about it.
I have the "Pyralux", is a film covered with cooper, my friend is making me the planes of the fpc on Autocad, maybe the next week, i'll print it on Pyralux, and i'll test the fpc made by me, i'll say if i'll have succes or not.
