The thing with locking agent is that it will not make disassembly easier when the pump needs overhaul after several years. the shaft is very fragile and will almost surely disform when put under a press. therefor I believe anti seize compound between the shaft and the impeller and a mechanical lock via a special locking washer will do the same trick and make me happy in the future...
