The overboost on my car was not working when I bought it - I traced it to the microswitch on the accelerator/plenum chamber - not explained very well but is easy to spot if you look at where the cable attaches to the plenum. The micro switch is closed when the throttle is fully open - in my case the bracket holding the switch had come loose so the switch never got closed.
The other thing I have replaced on both my themas is the turbo bypass valve (equivalent to a blow-off valve) - it seems that the plastic valves don't last very well under pressure.

im not happy with the overboost function on thema. i think maybe the best is cancel the system and put the turbo always to 1 bar.....................
this week i will recive a bleed vavle and bypass (diverter in this case). so you will recive news !!!

how max boost have you obtain ??? i do not have installed the gauge yet, but i want 1,1 or 1,2..... let us the ecu ?? im goint to change one of the electronic selenoid valve to manual mode (with a switch on the dashboard) to limit this high pressure in normal car use.

my preassure is set to 0.8 - 0.9 bar. If i adjust it , so it passes 1.3 bar then it's like the ecu shuts down.
maybe something with fuel preassure i guess. and the second solenoid is connected direct to 12 v. and at full throttle it will activate...hehe.
