8.32 - Großer Service im Jahr 2015 - status quo zu Teilen und Werkstätten

Hey!
Also aktuell steht mein Fahrzeug noch in der Werkstatt. Die Wasserpumpe wurde überholt (Fa. Rem Ex http://www.remex-wasserpumpen.de/oldtimer.html ),
Auspuffkrümmerdichtungen besorgt (vom 308er QV genommen, waren günstiger als die Thema-Teile!!!), aber eine Sache fehlt allerdings noch:

Die Umlenkrollen der Keilrippenriemen (Antrieb Generator und Servopumpe, nicht die Spannrollen der Zahnriemen) sollten gemacht werden. Bisher habe ich aber noch nichts gefunden, also weder die Lager einzeln oder ganze Umlenkrollen.
Kann mir an dieser Stelle Jemand helfen?
Aussehen müsste das ganze so:

Wo bekomme ich die Rollen für die Keilriemen her?

Was steht auf den einzelnen Lagern drauf, wenn du das weisst muß es irgendwo was geben.

What you have to do is this:
That bearing in the picture you can get and replace easely, it's bearing 6005 2RS1
The other 3 bearings, (2 for the airconditioning and 1 for the waterpump/alternator) you have to put the original bearing unit in a lathe and carefully remove the folded seam that keeps the bearing in place.
Than you need for the 2 AC bearing units a roller bearing 62202 2RS1 and for the waterpump/alternator unit a 3202 2RS1 bearing. Keep in mind that the original bearing are C3 bearings (with a bit more play than normal bearing).
Than you heat the housing and press the bearings in place with some added loctite. After that you punch the edges with a center punch to keep the bearing in place (well it will stay there anyway because it's quite a tight fit)

Servus!
Nach langer Zeit des Wartens habe ich nun mein Fahrzeug wieder in Empfang nehmen können. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank an alle Helfer (special thanks to Stefan Elshout).

Die Beschaffung der Teile ist definitiv ein ganz schöner Sackgang (entschuldigt den Ausdruck). Was mich besonders enttäuscht hat sind online-Teilehändler, welche mit Schlüsselnummern arbeiten und dennoch unpassende Teile liefern. So haben weder die Zündkerzen, noch der Luftfilter ins Fahrzeug gepasst.

Nun gut, jetzt ist mein 89er 8.32 motorisch wieder sehr ordentlich beisammen, eine neue Kupplung gab es auch noch. Warten nur noch einige elektrische Leckerbissen auf mich:
- die ZV öffnet alle Türen, schließ diese aber nicht
- Heckspoiler hält in der Endlage nicht an, reagiert teilweise gar nicht auf den Befehl vom Lenkstockhebel
- Dichtung Heckdeckel ist langsam porös
- Fensterheber Beifahrerseite bewegt sich manchmal nur mit Nachdruck
- Leder über dem Tacho löst sich/ist sehr stark gespannt

Aber ich denke mit der Zeit und etwas Unterstützung sind dies machbare Nebenkriegsschauplätze.

Next time if you/anyone needs parts for 8.32 (or if you still need some) let me know. I have most parts for 8.32 in stock and if not i can deliver them most likely (and the correct parts without doubt), also airfilters and spark plugs. Also specific parts like timing belt tensioners, gasket sets, seals, injection parts, including rebuilt waterpumps, oil cooler hoses etc. etc.

About the spoiler, someone else asked the same question some weeks ago at another forum. Read end of page 3 and page 4 and there is your answer.
