Your computer is too slow, because the video is in best possible quality. You can also try different player, for example some 64bit, if your operationg system is also 64bit too.

apparently most people experience difficulties to get the video. A better option would we to have a copy on YouTube.

I know that some unskilled people can have problems a bit but I'm ready to face them because I've spend too much time with it to just simply get all rights and ownership to some thief lying organization.
I really can't imagine something more easy than download, unpack and play.
