Al the Turbo engines from Lancia 2.0 8v and the 2.0 16v have had a overboost system.There is only a big difference between the system of the 8v and the 16v.
Because the 8v can only make a pressure of 0.2 bar higher, and the sistem of the 16v can bring the pressure so high as you want dependend of witch software you use!!!!!
I drive in the pas with a special eprom max pressure was 1.6 bar till 4800rpm and it reduce till 1.4 This is also the maximum witch yot 16v turbine can have.
