here are the details about the next Spain tour:
If you want to make the complete travel you should arrive in Neuenburg / Germany on May 5, 2011. Neuenburg is situated at the River Rhine about 30 km north of the Swiss border.
If you want to meet us at the half distance you could go directly to our first stage in the "Gorges du Tarn", a canyon in South France near Millau. We will arrive there on May 6 in the evening. We want to stay one more day because it is worth to discover this region by daylight. Departure to Spain on May 8 in the morning (sunday) and arrival in Elciego in the evening.
Of course you can also go directly to Elciego on May 8. From the Netherlands it is a shorter travel via Bordeaux, Biarritz, Pamplona.
We want to stay (again) one week in our hotel in Elciego. I think all participants of the last tour will agree that this hotel was a good choice.
The region around Elciego offers many attractive things and it would not be a problem to organize an interesting programme.
Departure back home is foreseen on sunday, May 15 (or maybe monday).
The tour is open for all cars which are good for such an enterprise, p.e. Lancia Thema, Kappa, Gamma, Delta, SAAB 99, 900, 9000, 9.3, 9.5, Volvo, Jaguar, BMW 3, 5, X3, X5, Mercedes C, E, S, Alfa 164, 156, 166, 159, Lexus etc.
Such cars are able to go together without stress. But we cannot go together with a BMW M 1 and a BMW Isetta
