consultant C: Hrabalek, scathing opinion-Lancia Delta in last issue. Comments bound to upset Lancisiti who've been praying for UK return. I’ve owned Lancias – Delta GTie , HPEs, Beta – Ienjoyed them all.
I applaud relaunch but having seen car on Ital roads it didn't light fires. an average looking car, but that's not enough and here's why. Danger is, because Delta hasn't received overwhelming approval beyond Lancisti, is it right car to regain confidence of buying public? I think not.
A relaunch car should have Wow! written all over it. Now, is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that there are designers who can create better looking Lancias than Lancia ? Fulvia Coupe concept, Fenomenon Stratos, Aurelia proposal in issue 153. Lancia house design team are capable of producing acceptable cars, Y for example, so why can’t they get act together, create something that brand & Lancisiti really deserve? As we went to press it was announced that because of current crisis, Lancia would not return to RHD markets until after 09.

IF THE NEW DELTA ISN'T BATMOBLIE WOWOOOWWOOO NOTHING IN ITS CLASS - OR 1 CLASS UP OR 1 CLASS DOWN - IS. I WON'T BUY 1 (I HAVE A FINE FIAT SITLO) BUT I LIKE THE DELTA !!
