Stiff steering fixed!

Further to my 'caster, camber and toe' thread, I traced the stiff steering to a frozen ball joint on the steering center link. It's amazing the car steered at all! Anyway, new joints all round and the steering is light and smooth, with just the right amount of self-centering.

It is always rewarding to fix everything on a Fulvia and bring it back to new or like new condition. Then you will wonder how anybody would ever want to sell such a splendid driving machine.
