Is it possible to "retrofit" the series 2 front seats (with headrests etc) into a series 1 (1968 Rallye 1.3)coupe?

I think but am not 100% that the answer is yes however personally I wouldn't do it as I think the earlier seats are better designed i think that in fitting the headrests on the fulvia3 they spoilt the amount of support on the seat lower down or are you thinking about hf seats?

I was thinking of the Monte Carlo seats (which may be the same as S2 HF?).
Reason for the change is so that I can drive with the added security of knowing I have a headrest, in the event of an accidient. I have seen also seats by Fusina (sp?) which look like a rallye style bucket and also have a headrest. Anyone tried these?
