Restoring Aurelia B10 instruments

I have a nice set of B10 instruments, for the early series, and would like to have them restored.
They are the ones with golden background, and green markings.
The most important thing to do is the green markings on the combined instrument (oil pressure + fuel level). Those green markings are painted (not etched) in reverse on an inside glass. Did anyone do this before, or has someone an adress to get this done? Also the plastic ivory colored ribbed ring of each instrument is tarnished. And finally some of the green instrument needles need replacing. Has anyone a source for replacement parts?
