Spark plug recommendation for a Fulvia 1.6 engine

I would like to know what the recommended NGK spark plug/heat range would be for a Fulvia Sport 1.6? Bear in mind that at some point the plug holes have been enlarged to 14mm. The car came from France with Denso W24EPR-U spark plugs.

Today I would use the EIX (iridium) version if the plugs stay clean.
