Water in plug wells 3.0L V6

Hi guys

Since 2 years my 2004 Phedra 3.0L V6 starts misfiring when it is raining. The display says depollution system faulty. The cause is water in all three plug wells at the front.

Does anyone have an idea how the water goes in and how I can cure it?
