Radiator Mounting Bolt Torque

Unread post by Ulver2002 »

Does anyone know the proper torque settings for the two nuts and bolts that mount the radiator to the frame on a Fulvia Series 2? It’s the bolts that go through the two rubber grommets at the bottom of the radiator.

The castellated nuts have to be locked with a cotter pin. Lancia uses cotter pins or self locking nuts when the torque is low. Without looking it up I would set them at 2.0 mkg.

Note there should be a metal bush inside too.
