Da es offenbar immer häufiger Probleme mit dem Automat gibt, wollte ich einmal Meinung einholen,
ob das AISIN 55-50 SN für alle Motorentypen und Produktionsjahre universell einsetzbar ist bzw
wenn nicht, welche Anpassungen notwendig werden

Hallo Cararadossi,
ich denke aufgrund der verschiedenen Drehmoment-Charakteristika der unterschiedlichen Motoren dürften die Getriebe auch unterschiedliche Übersetzungen und Schaltpunkte haben. Ich denke auch, dass die Steuergeräte nicht gleich sind. Pflege Dein Getriebe gut (regelmäßiger Ölwechsel mit Spülung und Anhängerbetrieb meiden) dann dürftest Du auch keine Probleme bekommen.

The transmissions are the same, also with the same gear ratios and gear changing rpm. Gear changing is all about the software in control unit which is different but is situated under the passenger foot so not in the gearbox.

I thought the question was about Lancia Thesis, not Volvo, Saab etc.

It's all the same transmission, I'll rename the links so no bother.

Well it's not exactly the same as it seems to be. In other cars there are quite a lot of differences like the the flenge (and so the half of transmission box), the differentials and so the gear ratios. For example in volvos it has different mechatronics case with integrated oil filter which in thesis is inside the gear box, the oil radiator etc.

Also solange wir uber 55-50SN reden, ist vollkommen gleich. So wurde mir von meinem Meister, der Generaluberholung gemacht hat, gesagt.

Es gibt aber Volvos mit 55-51SN und 55-51SW
