Rare odometer on one-off Aurelia

I have never seen before this odometer.

It looks like the ‘50s “Mystery” watches. It adorns the gorgeous dashboard of the one-off Lancia Aurelia B50 built for Giovanni Bracco in 1950 (Michelotti design, Vignale coach work):
