Aurelia Sedan B10/B21 spark plugs ???

The user manual of my Aurelia B21 states for spark plugs CHAMPION NA 8 or MARELLI CW 175 F. Of course, these spark plugs are no longer available.

Is there some one able to give me another reference(s) still available for this engine ?
