Sorry, but I have no idea where you might find spares. Some of the British lancisti might have some ideas, as there are some cars there.

Ed,

if the number is 1004, it is likely to be a late Tipo 227 Second series, according to the bible (WOW) 27-1075 is the final 227 chassis 1931

After that Tipo 229 and finally Tipo 232

Very interesting to hear of another Dilambda. In my register of Lancias I have a 1929 Dilambda belonging to M P W Moore, 144 Jor Bagh, New Delhi 3, India in 1965 and wonder if this might be the same car? A picture of 27-1004 would be very helpful.

I attach my analysis of Dilambda production, which I did some time ago, and I agree the 27-1004 is likely to be 1932. The production number would help with the date, given the data available.

I will assemble my list of Dilambdas soon, in the hope of getting more up-to-date information.

Dear deepender,

You may find the Lancia Technical sketches of some help. I attach my list for the Dilambda and can supply copies to you.
I have no idea if others were made for the Dilambda.

I include a list of some of the Lancia blue-print drawings I know of.

Help this may help you or others.

Hi Mr Mayo

Just wanted to help you update the record of the Dilambda that was registered previously in India under NPW Moore. The car had been in Uk since the mid 60s. It is a 1929 Dilambda with a Viotti body. It is a tourer with the Chassis no 27- 811 First Series. The Coachbuilder no is 808 which is engraved on the under aspect of the Bonnet.

Thanks

E Moore
