Italian Car Magazines

Unread post by Stuart Morton »

Hi there all Lancia fans,

I have only just discovered this site by accident. As a lover of all things Italian, especially the cars, I would like to know if anyone knows of any magazines dedicated to classic cars in Italy, Italian cars in particular.I subscribe to the British magazine Autoitalia, but I am really looking for an Italian language classic car mag so I can brush up on the language and lust over all that beautiful metal at the same time. I have owned 11 Fiats, 6 Alfa Romeo's and 3 Lancias in my driving history, the Lancia's being a Fulvia 1.3 coupe, a Beta 2000 coupe and a Delta 1500, I loved them all, but sadly Lancias are no longer sold in the UK.

If you can help, please email me.

Molto Grazie
Sebastien

I can suggest two:
Ruoteclassiche, published by editoriale Domus, who also publish Quattroruote. see: www.ruoteclassiche.it for further details. You find it frequently in good international bookshops.

The other is: Auto d'Epoca, more difficult to find outside of Italy.

Both are monthly magazines.

I buy them when I am on vacation in Italy, but do not feel the need to read them every month.

And lastly I do not know if "La Manovella" still exists....
