Headlight

Unread post by Voikkari »

Hi!

I have seen in some service manual a picture that shows how headlight can be easily removed for Light bulb change. How is this actually done?

I have a strong feeling that this fellow Thesisti comes from Finland, so please check Finnish Fiatforum from here: Kokemuksia Thesiksestä

See the attached PDF file. The "special wrench" mentioned is an ordinary 5 mm socket, although you may need a universal joint (a swivel adapter). It's recommended to use a six-corner socket. I got a cheap 12-corner one stuck at the locking rod. Not that bad actually: the socket stays there and it is easier to locate than the hexagonal rod end rather deep inside the fender.
