Navi replacement

Dear comunity

I have a 2002 Lancia Thesis I really love the car but i hate the navi its just very outdated.

I would like to have something totally integrated otherwise I wont change.

I have seen this solution http://www.carberry.it/ but its not compatible with the lancia thesis.

Anyone has any idea how can i install it on my car?

The "Navi" of the Thesis Connect NIT is from Navteq (Siemens I presume).

You will find on the net (eBay for exemple) the appropriate CD. Be carefull to select the "Thesis" version because the are many other cars using Navteq solution.
Unfortunately, the last version I found (Navteq Thesis) was 2011.
