Lancia Lybra mp3 player

Does anyone knows what can i do in order to install an mp3 player in my Lancia Lybra 1.8? I have already installed a cd changer "Grundig" by Lancia official's store, but it does not play mp3's. So if anyone has an opinion about it please respond.

Thanks it was very helpful. The only thing is missing is a software that can be installed into the central unit to handle the mp3 with the keys behind the wheel. But thats another story! Thanks again.

help ! i saw on youtube , lybra's audio device, same like mine (no phone and navi) , and somehow guy was watching dvd , also using aux...

can somebody help and explaine , how to get(run it) aux in ?!
