PROBLEMS WITH FROND WINDOWS

I have been driving a Lancia Lybra 1.6 since 1999. My two front windows are being damaged since then. I have changed the electric system of the windows five times !!!. i' m desparate. It seems to make a noise at the begining and after a few months it just cracks. So i would like to send a complaint letter to the Company in Italy,but i don't have the e-mail. So if you do have it please send it to me.Any other advices would be very helpfull!

hy! can anyone tell me where too get a plastic that holds together two stranded wire for lifting up and puling down window, i have a problem to find that part in my contry
