Kappa JTD lose power

Hi all!

Im new to this forum so i will represnt myself here.
My name is Nikola and i have Lancia Kappa 2.4 JTD Station Wagon
I got some problems wich may some of you help me diagnose them..
My Kappa seems like it doesnt have power at 3.000 rpm..Its just making RPM but not going at all..No engine check errors, nothing..
I was "racing" with Golf MK4 1.9 TDI..I have more power and torque but he just pass over me so easily wich i cannot understand HOW...
Max speed on highway was 195-200, and couldnt go for more..Car is working propertly, starts good but problem with power over 3.000 RPM is MAIN reason for this post..Turbo works great in low RPM..
What can be the problem?
