Purchase of torsion bar

I am looking for a new torsion bar for my Kappa 2,0 20V from 1996. The parts number is 46402694.

It seems very difficult to find one of these - can anybody give me a reference to a company where this can be purchased?

Surfing the internet I have found a company called Ruville which sells spare parts for cars. It seems that they also sell spare parts for Lancia's but they seem to be wholesellers. Does anybody know where - on the internet - you can purchase Ruville products?

I tried to do it via their website but it does not seem to be possible.
