Fuel pump relay

i need the schematics for the fuel pump relay harness, more specificaly i need to know where the +12v ignition signal to the relay (pin 15) comes from.. I know it's not direct and i know the ignition switch is good yet i'm not getting any voltage on pin 15 on any key position..
any help appreciated.

Have diagrams for a SII. Fuel pump is powered through a fuse by the speed relay which in turn is energised by a lead from the starter solenoid during start. Otherwise the relay is powered by the engine rpm sensor sensing RPM above 250. Speed relay is the blue relay in the engine compartment.
