Hi
I am putting a new gasket on, and I would like to hear if someone knows about the torgue setting for the head gasket.
Also the valve clearance,
The timing belt adjust's have been found, but the balancing axles I cannot find any marks that shows where they should be.
Best regards

Hi
The valve clearance must be for the inlet 0,43+/-0,03 and for the outlet 0,40+/-0,03.
The torgue for the cilinderheadbolts, is in two phases of 90 degrees, 2 + 2 daNm with special tool.
The mark on the left balancing axle must be in line with the mark on your waterpump.
And on the right it must be in line with the mark on the metal balance axle cover (5 hours).
Mention that the mark on your crancshaft is on the upperside.
I,ll hope you can read it,because it,s translated from Dutch.
Greetings Marc.

Hi again.
The balance axle, and camshaft belts need a certain tension.
For this you need also some special tools.
You must have these before starting this job.
