Dedra 1.8ie Cylinder Head

Hi,

I have to replace the cylinder head on my '90 Lancia Dedra 1.8ie. I have located what seems to be a good used complete fuel injection head off another Lancia. The problem is that I don't know from which model it has been taken off. How can I find out if it's off a 1.8 or 2.0 litre motor ? Would fitting a 2.0 litre head on a 1.8 motor be possible?
