A loud knocking noise coming from the left wheel when driving bad roads.

Hi All,

My dedra 1.8ie 1991 has a loud knocking noise coming from the left
wheel when it drives over bad roads. The most worn out part I can
discover in that area is the bush of the roll-bar.

The noise is more intense when the left wheel is going over bumps
and such. But when the right wheel is going over a bump and the left
wheel over flat surface the noise is also there, coming from the
left. Thats why I suspect first the rollbar.

Anyone has an idea what it can be or what checks I can perform?

If the roll-bar bush is the source, what is the easiest way to replace it?
